Apparently, this was a large part of this person's diet and they did not want to have to give this up. The whole of meat on Medifast is not that restrictive, but it is sensible. Some Of The Medifast Foods consist of Meat: You will have a good whole of protein in your once daily "lean and green meal" and this is probably where you'll have the most control and variety.
